About Kathryn

Kathryn McGuinness, BSN-RN, CMC, CDP

A warm, empathetic professional with just the right approach, Kathryn has been working with older adults and their families for nearly two decades. Prior to establishing KMc Care Management, she provided care management services at LifeCare Advocates and CRW Care Management, where she gained expertise and emerged as a leader in her field.

Kathryn is a licensed registered nurse in Massachusetts, and has served as staff/charge nurse at Faulkner Hospital in Boston and as psychiatric nurse case manager for Home Again Health Care in Woburn. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner®, a member of Aging Life Care Association at the Advanced Professional Level, and a Certified Care Manager. 

Kathryn obtained her BSN from UMass Boston, summa cum laude. To best serve her clients, she is currently an active member on the Board of Directors for ALCA New England, the Education Committee Chairperson,
and the 2022 recipient of the Susan Shapiro Leadership Award.
